Fashion Show: What did they wear?

White Gown with Veil
Wedding Gown

What did they wear?

The intent of the Fashion Show held on Sept.25, 2009 was twofold:

1. to reveal the keen interest of Mennonite women in clothes
2. to contrast the white wedding gowns worn in recent times with the black gowns of earlier days.

The show that was held on Sept. 25, 2009 was a joyous occasion celebrating the Lebens Freude (Joy of Life) of emancipated Mennonite women.
